You should have received a copy of the restrictions before the settlement, and we recommend reviewing them thoroughly. These restrictions are treated seriously by the Board and are actively enforced. If you do not have a copy, we can provide one for your reference. We strongly urge you to become acquainted with these restrictions to prevent potential conflicts.

For any exterior modifications to your home, such as painting, roofing, color changes, additions, or landscaping, please reach out to AMI to request an ARC (Architectural Request Committee) form. Before commencing any work, the Association Board must submit and approve the ARC form. The Board will carefully assess each request, and decisions will either be granted or denied. In some cases, additional information may be requested to reach a decision.
