POWER WASHING

Our property manager conducts a weekly community inspection to identify issues requiring attention. It is your responsibility to ensure that your roofs, structural walls, lanai cages, driveways, and walkways are regularly power-washed to remove dirt and potential mold growth. Should any corrective measures be necessary on the homeowner's part, the Association will promptly communicate and notify homeowners accordingly.
